Morning Glory's CSA patrons' advance payment in the months of January through May assures they will receive a weekly CSA box. Beginning early June, a box is filled once a week with nutritious, delicious, fresh-picked fruits and vegetables for the duration of the harvest season (approximately 22 weeks). Boxes can be picked up at the farm.
A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a customer "farm account," so to say, that is paid in advance before planting, which helps allay some of the farmer's overhead costs encountered when beginning the seeding to harvest process for their produce.
Each week we harvest a mix of vegetables and fruit, in season, fresh from the field to include in your box. There are a variety of box sizes that would suit a one-person, up to a family-size, household.
